When creating your LemonBrew account and profile, you’ll be asked to select your real estate brokerage from a dropdown list. If your brokerage isn’t listed, you’ll see an option stating, “We couldn’t find this brokerage. Create ‘[the brokerage name you typed*]’.” Select this option to manually enter your brokerage details and broker of record on the next page. Follow the step-by-step guide below for further instructions.
*Please note: You have to enter your full brokerage name before clicking Create. If you only enter a partial name, and then click Create, it will only save what you typed on the previous screen.
As you type your brokerage name, the dropdown menu will display matching results based on your input. For example, if your brokerage is “Coldwell Banker Example Realty,” it may not appear immediately when you type “Coldwell.” If multiple similar names are listed, continue typing until your exact brokerage name appears, then select it from the list.
If there isn’t a match to your brokerage, type the full name in the text field, and select “We couldn’t find this brokerage. Create ‘[your brokerage name]’.”
After selecting Create in the dropdown menu, you will enter your brokerage information on the next page.
Select the Continue button, and review the information you entered on the next page. Once you have confirmed the information is correct, select the Finish button.
