How to Upload Your Transactions

Getting Started with Your Transaction Upload #

To begin, gather the necessary transaction details. Each entry must include the following information:

  • Representation – Indicate whether you represented the buyer, seller, or both.
  • Property Type – Only residential properties are eligible (land and rental properties are not allowed).
  • Full Property Address
  • Original Listing Date & Price
  • Selling Date & Price
  • Number of Bedrooms

Downloading & Using the CSV Template #

  1. Download the CSV Template
    • • This spreadsheet will be used to compile and upload your transactions.
    • • It includes two header rows and one example row.
  2. Preparing Your Data
    • • Do not modify the header rows or any of their contents.
    • • Before uploading, delete the example property row included in the template.
    • • Enter your transaction data, ensuring all fields are properly formatted and no rows are skipped.
  3. Required vs. Optional Fields
    • • Columns A through K must be completed for each transaction.
    • • The remaining columns are optional but should be left intact in the spreadsheet.
    • • Providing as much detail as possible is encouraged.
  4. Saving & Uploading
    • • Once all data is entered, save the file in CSV format before uploading it to your profile.

Following these steps will help ensure a smooth and accurate transaction upload. See the screenshots and instructions below for a step-by-step guide on uploading the file to your profile.

After completing and saving your CSV file, go to your agent profile and click “Upload Transaction History.”

In the pop-up window, you can download the CSV template to fill out or upload your completed CSV file. Once uploaded, click “Save” to add your transactions to your profile. All cities where you have conducted business will automatically populate in the “What Cities Do You Cover” section of your profile.
